The Opportunity as Creative Associate
Fella Health is building a world-class team.
As a Creative Associate at Fella Health, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the content that drives our DTC campaigns. Working closely with our Creative Lead, you will be responsible for managing external content creators and ensuring that we have a steady stream of high-quality, on-brand content for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and organic social media channels. Your ability to organize, negotiate, and manage creative resources will be key to creating compelling and engaging ads that resonate with our target audience.
This is a full-time remote role.
You'll report directly to our Creative Lead, as well as work closely with our media buy and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Straight away:
- Manage Content Creators:
- Outreach & Negotiation: Reach out to, negotiate with, and manage relationships with content creators, UGC creators, videomakers, and photographers to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
- Organize Creative Assets:
- Google Drive Management: Organize all received content in Google Drive using a clear folder structure, ensuring the creative team can easily access and locate assets.
- Support Creative Strategy:
- Creative Meeting Participation: Attend creative meetings, take notes on the content needs discussed, and act promptly to secure the required content to develop top-performing ads.
- Partnership Development:
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture ongoing partnerships with content creators, UGC creators, videomakers, and photographers to establish a reliable content pipeline for continuous projects.
- Budget Management:
- Optimize Costs: Manage a monthly budget, ensuring we obtain the best quality content for the lowest possible price while adhering to project timelines.
- In the near future:
- Content Innovation: Stay up to date on content trends and emerging platforms to ensure that the content being created is innovative, engaging, and in line with our brand and customer needs.
Need to Have
- Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing relationships with content creators, photographers, videographers, and UGC creators.
- Experience in organizing and managing digital assets (such as photos and videos) within a structured folder system (e.g., Google Drive).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the creative, design, and media teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with external content creators.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a DTC company in the health sector or with DTC ads in general.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative production for Meta and YouTube Ads.
