We’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >100x since Aug 2022, >10x since Aug 2023. We’re >$50M ARR. We’ve been cashflow positive for the last 24mo. We’re >10,000 customers with high NPS.
Almost all of this has so far been through our main D2C brand Fella in the US. The infrastructure product is still new.

As a member of our engineering team, you will be working across our entire stack. While you bring deep applied AI expertise, this is fundamentally a full stack engineering role where you'll contribute broadly to our platform's development and use your AI experience to guide and impact what we build.
This role is FTE and remote, with a few in-person working days with the Kosovo engineering team each quarter.
You'll report directly to our Head of Engineering (Gzim Helshani), as well as working closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright).
Lead AI integration initiatives: Spearhead the integration of AI technologies across our product suite, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.Architect AI-first systems: Design and implement robust architectures for AI-powered features, focusing on things like evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, and monitoring systems that ensure reliable production deployment of LLM-based features.Build evaluation infrastructure: Create comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks that enable teams to measure, compare, and optimize their AI features across multiple dimensions including accuracy, reliability, and performance.Drive AI development practices: Define and implement best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation, and testing methodologies. Stay at the forefront of emerging techniques in AI development, bringing insights from academic research into practical engineering solutions.Shape developer experience: Design and build intuitive APIs, workflows, and tools that make complex AI testing and evaluation accessible to developers without AI/ML backgrounds. Draw from your experience with existing AI frameworks and tooling to create delightful developer experiences that help teams ship confidently.AI/ML: Python, PyTorch, Data analysis, GenAI
